Our in office days are Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.

New Patient fees are $130 for those who have never seen me or its been 12 months or more.

Re-evaluation is 30 minutes and fees are $90.00 for patients who have not been in 3-11 months or if its a new complaint as updated paperwork is required. Please note that if you book a basic 15 minute appointment it will be rescheduled if its the case of above criteria.

When booking a New Patient appointment please note that a Second Appointment should be booked within a week as a follow up in order to receive the best outcome.

We offer direct billing to Pacific Blue Cross, Manulife, Canada Life, Sun Life, Chamber of Commerce, Desjardins, Equitable Life, Group Health, and Group Source. Please provide information on intake form.

The front gate is locked 24 hours , so please dial #220 on key pad at entrance and I can buzz you in.

Due to construction in the area, there is limited parking on West 6th, so please allow extra time to arrive.
